About Online Bookkeeping Solutions

OBS was founded by Jerry Fitzpatrick and Ray Kirschner.  These two CPA’s started a highly successful accounting firm in 1992, to support clients’ tax compliance, tax planning, audit, accounting services, and more.

With their keen eye for business strategy, the two saw a new opportunity for their clients to save money, time, and have a better business practice – by outsourcing their books. After thoroughly researching this area and partnering with top technology partners, the two began their new business, Online Bookkeeping Solutions.

Day to day operations are run by James Fitzpatrick, a seasoned accounting professional with expertise in QuickBooks and the Online Bookkeeping Solution system.
